摘要
目的：研究苯那普利（ｂｅｎａｚｅｐｒｉｌ）对无症状性心力衰竭（ＳＨＦ）患者心功能的影响。方法：给ＳＨＦ患者苯那普利５～１０ｍｇ每日口服，连续六个月。利用放射性核素心室造影，测定用药前，后心功能指标：射血分数（ＥＦ），侧壁射血分数（ＬＡＴＥＦ）、心尖－下壁射血分数（ＩＮＦ－ＡＰＥＦ）、间隔部射血分数（ＳＥＰＴＡＬＥＦ）、峰射血率（ＰＥＲ）、峰充盈率（ＰＦＲ）、峰充盈时间（ＴＰＦＲ）结果：ＥＦ、ＬＡＴＥＦ、ＩＮＦ－ＡＰＥＦ、ＳＥＰＴＡＬＥＦ、ＰＥＲ和ＰＦＲ均增加、ＴＰＦＲ缩短。结论：苯那普利可使ＳＨＦ患者收缩功能增强，舒张功能改善，可用来治疗ＳＨＦ患者。
Objective: To assess the effects of benazepril on ventricular function in patient with silent heart failure(SHF). Methods: 36 SHF patients were admistrated with benazepril in a dosage of 5～10 mg once daily for 6 months. The parameters of ventricular function were determined with radionuclide ventriculography.They contained ejection fraction (EF), lateralwall EF (LATEF), infrawall apex EF(INF APEF)、septalwall EF (SEPTALEF), peak ejection tate (PER),peak filling rate (PFR) and time of peak filling rate (TPFR).Results: EF,LATEF,INF APEF, SEPTALEF,PER and PER were increased. TPFR was decreased. Conclusion: The systolic and diastolic function in patients with SHF are improved with benazepril. Patients with SHF may be cured with benazepril.
