摘要 目的:为进一步做好游泳场所卫生管理和保健工作,并为泳池卫生提供依据,调查了1997年夏季(6~9月)广州市泳池水的卫生状况.方法:选取广州市游泳池7间,各泳池每月抽检水样2次;并分别于深水区、浅水区两个点采样,检验项目:pH、浑浊度、耗氧量、尿素、游离性余氯、细菌总数及大肠菌群.结果:所有样本的pH值及细菌总数指标均在正常范围;浑浊度、耗氧量及大肠菌群指标达标率均在96%以上;游离性余氯的达标率最低(43%),其中低于标准位者占67.8%,高于标准位者占32.2%;其次为尿素(84%);6~9月份泳池水超标率有逐月上升的趋势,以9月份最高(14.94%),与6月份比较,差异接近显著(x2=3.173,p=0.07);泳池浅水区与深水区水质比较无显著性差异;冬泳池间超标率差别不显著(p=0.5046).结论:广州市游泳池水中游离性余氯及尿素是超标的主要项目.泳池管理应加强公共卫生宣教工作,普及卫生知识. The hygiene condition of water in seven swinuning pools in Guangzhou was studied from Juneto September 1997 for better hygiene management of swimming pool and public health protection. Sampleswere taken from both deep and shallow regions twice a month. The results showed that pH and totalcount of bacteria in all samples were in the normal range (national standard). The reaching standardrates of muddy degree, oxygen consumption and echo bacilli were all above 96%, and the minimumreaching standard rate (43%) was found in residual chloride; the second minimum reaching standard rate(84%) was found in urea. The reacbing standard rate had a tendency of increasing during the summermonths, with the highest in September(14.94%). Closed signincant difference was found between Septem-ber and June (x2=3.173, p=0.07). No significant difference was found between deep and shallow regionas well as between swimming pools. It is suggested that swimming pool hygiene monitoring should bestrengthened and public hygiene education should be emphasized.
