摘要
研究了变质处理对Cr12白口铸铁显微组织,机械性能及耐磨性的影响.结果表明:变质使奥氏体枝晶细化,碳化物细化成孤立的断杆状,冲击韧性提高36.2%,耐磨性挺高37.8%。
In this paper, the efffects of Re modification on the microslructure, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of Cr12 white cast iron arc invcstigated. The results shown that finer austenite dcndrites arc obtained by modification and carbides arc fine, isolated broken rods, the impact toughness is increased by 36.2% and abrasion resistance by 37.8%.
