二甲双胍在糖尿病治疗中的作用被引量：4

摘要在众多降糖药物中,二甲双胍以其独有的优势,被多个国际指南和共识推荐为唯一的一线治疗药物。二甲双胍是一种具有多方面优势的药物,可以减轻体重,改善胰岛素敏感性,发生低血糖及乳酸酸中毒的几率低,不仅可以很好地降低血糖,还能有效干预多种心血管危险因素,从而降低心血管疾病的风险,达到糖尿病治疗的最终目的。因此,二甲双胍在糖尿病治疗中的地位越来越高。本文就二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的治疗作用作一综述。
