摘要
现代信息技术的发展是现代著作权制度变革的引擎和驱动器。对网络服务商的著作权侵权责任的规制在整个数字著作权法中有着重要的地位。我们要从美国经验与中国视角出发,结合《信息网络传播权保护条例》,构建并完善我国网络著作权侵权的第三方责任制度。
The development of the modern information technology is the engine for the reform of the modern copyright institution.The regulation of ISP＇s liability of copyright plays an important role in the digital copyright.From the Chinese perspective and in light of American experience,the third party liability of copyright should be constructed and improved according to Protection Regulations for Information Network Communication Rights.
