摘要
第59届美国心脏病学年会(ACC)在心力衰竭领域关注的重点为利尿剂的合理应用以及心力衰竭患者的院外治疗。其公布的临床试验显示,利尿剂在治疗急性失代偿心力衰竭仍具优势,或将改写目前的心衰治疗指南。面对慢性心衰的治疗重点由医院转为社区或家庭,院外管理方面的讨论内容,也将给临床工作带来较大帮助。
The focus of heart failure in the ACC 59th Annual Scientific Sessions was rational use of diuretics and extramural treatment of the patients with heart failure.The published clinical trial results showed that diuretics in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF) remained highlighted, or to rewrite the current treatment guidelines for heart failure.Faced with the shifting of the treatment emphasis of chronic heart failure from hospitals to communities or families, the discussion on management of extramural treatment brings more help to clinical practice.
