慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发病与吸烟密切相关,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。近年来的多项研究结果表明,COPD是一种可以治疗的疾病,关键在于早期干预和正确使用治疗药物,其研究进展也不断改变着临床医生对COPD的认识。由复旦大学附属中山医院呼吸内科主任白春学教授主持的COPD专题,从炎症反应在COPD发病机制中的作用,免疫调节在COPD发病机制中的地位和意义,化痰药物和抗胆碱药物在COPD治疗中的作用等方面详细介绍了COPD研究的最新进展和发展前景。
