摘要
本文对Cr-Mo合金片状石墨铸铁(FC),Cr-Mo合金蠕铁(CV),Cr-Mo合金球铁(FCD)进行了抗氧化性研究.结果表明,FCD的抗氧化性最佳,FC最差,CV介于两者之间,蠕化率为60%的CV其抗氧化接近于FCD.本研究为Cr-Mo合金蠕铁在玻璃模具上的应用提供了实验依据.
The oxidation-resistance of alloyed flaky graphite cast iron(FC), Cr-Mo alloyed compacted graphite cast iron (CV) and Cr-Mo alloyed ductile graphite cast iron (FCD).has been studied in the papcr. It is shown that FC it the greatest, CV is the second. FCD is the third. The oxidation-resistance of FCD is the highest, FC is the wont, the CV with 60% compacted graphite has almost same oxidation-resistance as FCD.The study supplied expnment proof for application of Cr-Mo alloyed compacted cast iron for glass moulds.
