摘要 应用SJTU-560微型计算机系统同时采集CO_2,CO和CH_4红外仪的讯号,实现气相碳势的精确控制.该法有很强的适应性。甚至在直接通入煤油与空气进行渗碳的条件下也可达到很高的控制精度.籍助于非稳态最优扩散条件数学模型开发的微型计算机碳势动态控制技术,能在最短时间内获得理想的碳浓度分布,并能随机处理由于一些偶然事故引起的偏差,从而保证了渗碳的质量. Applied the SJTU-560 microcomputer control system in the gas-carburizing processes, carbon patential of gas—phase can be correctly calculated by collecting CO_2. CO and CH_4singals from intra-red gas analysis and the control of gas—phase carbon potential can be accurately rcalized.The method of control can be also applied in various carburizing processes of different carburizing media. Even, under the situation of carburizing processes of air and kerosine which are directly transformed into furnaces,the high pricisc of carbon potential control may be obtained.Microcomputer control system and carbon potential dynamical control technology arc developed by means of the mathematical model of optimum diffussion. The profile of carbon concentration is gained by using the shortest time and the errors caused by the accidents can be treated at any time,therfore,thc quality of carbulizing workpicces must be improved.
