摘要
以马桑内酯肌肉注射制造癫痫大发作模型，观测痫复康对各组大鼠的潜伏期、大发作持续时间、脑组织过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶、血液流变学诸指标的作用。结果痫复康能显著延长癫痫潜伏期。
A pathological model of epilepsy in rats was set up and effects of Xianfukang on the latent time,the persistent time of grandmal epilepsy,LPO and SOD in the brain,and hemorrheological parameters were studied in the rats with epilepsy.The findings showed that Xianfukang could prolong the latent time,shorten the persistent time.
