摘要
本文研究了20Cr钢渗碳工艺的综合控制问题,建立了渗层深度与表面碳浓度综合控制图。根据综合控制图可制定出同时确保表面碳浓度与渗层深度的炉气碳势与渗碳时间,按此碳势与时间控制渗碳后,零件表面碳浓度及渗层深度可同时满足技术要求。
This paper presents the studies on the simultaneous control of carburising technology about 20Cr steel, and establish the simultaneous control-figure of case depth and surface carbon concentration. According the simultaneous control-figure, we can enact rational carbon potential and carburising time. Baseing on the technology, we can simultaneously assure the surface carbon concentration and case depth of carburising parts.
