摘要
目的：观察中药康脉灵治疗急性深静脉血栓形成（ADVT）的效果。方法：15例ADVT患者，中医辨证均属湿热瘀滞型，以中药康脉灵泻下凉血，结合西药天普乐欣（高分子量尿激酶）溶栓等治疗。结果：15例中临床痊愈5例．显效9例，好转1例。康脉灵组全血粘度和纤维蛋白原降低的同时，对出血时间、凝血时间及凝血酶原时间均无明显影响。结论：康脉灵疗效明显优于活血化瘀的丹参对照组（P＜0．01），且能抑制溶栓药物长期大量应用引起出血的副作用。
Observe the efficacy of Kangmailing for Acute Deep Veinous Thrombosis. Methods:15 cases of ADVT, which attributed to the category of dampness and heat staganation according to TCM differenciation, are treated by Kang Mai Ling to eliminate dampness and heat and cool blood,together with Urokinase to eradicate thrombi. Results: Out of 15 cases, 5 cases were clinically cured,9 cases were remarkably effected aug 1 cases was improved; moreover,KangMaiLing is able to lower the blood viscocity and fibrinogen,but has no significant in fluence to bleed,coagulation and plasminogen time. Conclusion: The efficacy of KangMaiLing is better than that of the control group which applied DanShen Injection to move blood (P<0. 01 ). KangMaiLing can reduce the hemorrhage which is causeed by thrombolytic drugs applied with large dosage and for long period.
