摘要
大学文化力的构成要素需从文化及文化的结构出发予以界定,大学文化力由大学物态文化力、制度文化力、行为文化力、心态文化力构成。从中国传统道器范畴及关系出发,大学物态文化力、制度文化力归于"器"的范畴,大学行为文化力、心态文化力归于"道"的范畴。要按照"道器"的各自特性和逻辑关系建立坐标,将文化力诸要素置于其中,系统考量大学文化力的状态,进而设计大学文化力建设的基本框架。
The components of university cultural strength should be analyzed from culture and its structure.Then,university cultural strength is constituted of the university matter cultural strength,the system cultural strength,the behavior cultural strength,the point of view cultural strength.Based on Chinese traditional theory of logos and utensils,the university state of matter cultural strength and the system cultural strength belong to the category of ＂utensils＂,the university behavior cultural strength and the point of view cultural strength belong to the category of ＂logos＂.According to the respective characteristic and the logical relation of ＂logos and utensils＂,a coordinate which various essential factors of cultural strength are put into is created.Then university cultural strength condition is systematically considered,and the basic frame work of university cultural strength is designed.
