摘要
通过回顾发生在北京某医院实习医生参与患者手术和抢救而引发纠纷的案例,分析了医学生"被非法行医"的原因以及医学生实习过程中教学医院所面临的伦理及法律问题,并提出了解决问题的思路:完善相关法律和制度,重视患者的"知情同意权"以及创新教学模式以培养医学生。
Though reviewing a case of the medical dispute due to the participation in procedures of surgery and rescue of emergency during clinical internship for medical students in a hospital in Beijing, we analyzed the reasons of ＇illegal medical practice＇ of medical students and the ethnical and legal issues of the teaching hospitals during the internship of medical students. We also proposed the suggestions, including maturation of the justice, emphasis on informed consent of patients, and innovative teaching models for training the medical students.
