摘要
采用因子分析和模糊神经网络方法,对我国的城市公共安全进行了评估。建立了我国城市公共安全水平的评价指标体系。并采用因子分析法对指标的相关性进行了分析,用模糊神经网络对影响城市公共安全的主要指标进行了分析,如人为因素,设施,管理能力和自然事故等。最后通过实证检验,验证了该模型的科学性。
A model based on factor analysis and fuzzy neural network was adopted to synthetically evaluate Chinese city public security.An index system of city public security was built.Factor analysis was used to reduce the relative factors and keep main factors.Fuzzy neural network was applied to analyze main influence on the city public security evaluation issue,such as man-made accidents,facilities,management capacity,and natural accidents.To prove the availability of the model,a case of Chinese city public security was evaluated.
