摘要
通过正交试验,优选了国产新型四级锚链试验钢的热处理工艺参数。试验结果表明,当试验钢在950℃淬火并600℃或640℃回火时,可获得良好的强韧性而能满足四级锚链钢的力学性能要求。因此,选择合适的调质工艺是提高低合金高强度锚链钢强韧性的一条有效途径。
The technological parameters for heat treating of grade four china cable test steels of national new tpye is chosen by orthogonal test method. The results shown that the test steels are quenched at 950℃ and tempered at 600℃ or 640℃, the better strength-toughness may be obtained, and the mechanical properties can meet requirement of grade four chain cable steels. Therefore, choosing correct hardened and tempered technology are an effective way to improve strength-toughness of low alloy high strength chain cable steel.
