摘要
尽管FDI对东道国的经济效应说法不一,但FDI给东道国带来的积极作用还是不容忽视的。特别是在扩大投资、转移现代技术和管理经验、开发人力资本、促进结构优化和出口等方面,FDI对东道国产业竞争力具有重大意义。
