摘要
目的:评价背景音乐对患者和医护人员的影响,探讨提供舒适环境的方法。方法:采用调查问卷法收集资料,患者与手术人员使用的调查问卷相同。结果:手术室播放背景音乐得到认可,背景音乐有利于稳定患者情绪,提高医护人员的工作效率,但应避免曲目重复,不同的时间应播放不同的音乐,使之成为人性化护理的重要组成部分。结论:手术室背景音乐播放系统应由专人管理,在不同时间选择适宜的音乐,创造一个舒适的手术环境。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of background music for patients and medical personnel, and to explore ways to provide comfortable environment. Methods： The patients and surgical staff were investigated using the self-designed questionnaire. Results： ,Playing background music in the operating room was recognized, it could stable patients＇ mood and enhance staff productivity. But tracks should avoid duplication and different music should play at different time. Conclusion： The background music play system of the operating room should have appointed man to operate. The appropriate music should be chosen at different time in order to create a comfortable environment.
