摘要
方法：骨刺性跟痛症是骨科门诊常见病，我科应用改良式小针刀治疗本病２２例。结果：经１－３年随访，总有效率９５４６％。小针刀具有针灸和手术刀的双重特征，既可切割垂直骨刺，剥离松解软组织的无菌性粘连，减轻跖腱膜的张力，又有针灸的治疗效应，治疗骨刺性跟痛症简单安全，复发率低。
Metheds:This article describes the treatment of spur calcaneodynia by improved small acupuncture scalpel.Clinical observation of 22 patients shows good results.Results:Possessing the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion and scalpel,the small acupuncture scalpel can not only cut off the vertical spur,strip and releasen on bacteria adhesion of the soft tissue and reduce the pressure of aponeurosis plantaris, but also bring the treatment effect of acupumcture and moxibustion.It is simple and safe to treat calcaneodynia with this method and the recurring rate is low.
