摘要
目的：了解骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：任选１９９４～１９９６年间９６例腰椎间盘突出症患者，用激素、维生素等的混合液２０～２５ｍｌ，经骶孔注射给药５～７天一次，三次为一疗程，观察其临床效果。结果：平均改善指数为０５３，改善率为８３％，其中单纯Ｌ４，５，Ｌ５Ｓ１节段改善指数为０６３６，改善率为９２％，兼有两节段者改善指数为０６３，改善率为８９５％，伴有椎管狭窄者改善指数为０４４，改善率为７３％。结论：骶管封闭疗法安全、简单、有效，是腰椎间盘突出症非手术疗洁最有效的方法之一。
Aim:To understand the effect of caudal block to treat the lumbar disc protrusion.Method:Randomly choose 96 cases of lumbar disc protrusion from 1994～1996,inject 20～50ml mixture of hormones and vitamin ect. from sacral hiatus,every 3～5days,three time in one course of treatment.Results:Average improvement index is 0.53,and the vatio of improvement is 83%, the index of segment improvement of L 4,5 ,L 5S 1 is 0.636,and the ratio is 92%,both joints improvement imdex the target is 0.63,and the ratio is 89.5%,with lumbar canal stenosis the index is 0.44,and the ratio is 73%.Conclusions:The method of caudal block is simple,secure and effetive for lumbar disc protrusion.
