摘要
目的探讨护理技能培训对提高社区护理服务质量的效果。方法选择社区护理人员120名进行护理技能培训,具体内容包括综合素质、基础护理技术以及急救技能等。结果培训后社区护理人员基础护理、急救技能合格率及病人对社区护理人员服务态度满意率和对护理技术满意率较培训前高,培训前后比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论加强管理和护理技能培训是提高社区护理服务质量的重要保障。
Objective To investigate the influences of nursing skills training on community care quality. Methods 120 community health nurses were selected by cluster sampling for nursing skills training, the courses including the overall quality, basic nursing skills and first aid skills. Results After training, there were significant improvements in the skills of primary care and first aid; the pationts＇ satisfaction rate with the attitude and nursing skills of community nurses was significantly improved, compared to pre-training. By statistical analysis, the differences between pre- and post- training were significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Strengthened management and training are the guarantee for the improvement of the community care quality.
