摘要
本文从药效学和药物代谢动力学方面,综述了中西药物联合用药的相互作用,为减少不良反应的发生、指导临床安全合理用药提供一定的参考依据。
The combination use of herbs and chemical medicines is becoming common in clinics, leading to a large number of drug interactions and adverse effects. The present study describes the herb-drug interactions and introduces the latest progress in the study concerning herbs and chemical medicines. This work is expected to provide some references for the reduction of adverse effects and the rational use of herbs and chemical drugs.
