摘要
中国社会语言学的发展按其特点可分为四个阶段,即初创与起步阶段、进步与发展阶段、反思与梳理阶段、成熟与创新阶段。发展特点是从自发到自觉,从引进到结合中国实际,从热潮走向冷静反思、梳理提高,继而创建推进机制,推动理论及创新研究。中国社会语言学的研究特点是视角全面、范围广泛,结合实际、注重应用,紧扣时代、不断创新。发展趋势是在加强和完善学科建设的同时,进一步联系社会实际,为解决诸如"汉语的社会地位"之类的社会实践问题服务,"语言与经济社会"之类的新课题将被中国社会语言学研究并迅速走红。本文的两个创新之处:一是对中国社会语言学发展趋势的探讨,二是突破三阶段发展历程的传统分法,将中国社会语言学的发展按其特点分为四个阶段。
The development of Chinese Sociolinguistics can be divided into four stages： initial and start-up,developing,reviewing,mature and innovating.The development displays the following features： from being spontaneous to self-motivated,from merely introducing to combining with Chinese reality,from upsurge to calm reflection and improvement,then the establishment of impelling mechanism,finally the promotion of theoretical and innovational research.The Chinese Sociolinguistics research covers comprehensive extent,links with practice,emphasizes on application,closely relates to current issues and constantly innovates.The trend is to unite with the social reality while strengthening and perfecting the course construction so as to help coping with some practical social problems,such as ＂the social position of Chinese language＂.Some new subjects,such as ＂language and economic society＂,will be studied by Chinese Sociolinguistics and then become popular immediately.There are two creative aspects in this article： one is the discussion on the trend of Chinese Sociolinguistics;the other is that it divides the development of Chinese Sociolinguistics into four stages based on its features instead of following the traditional way of dividing development into three stages.
