摘要
本文回顾我院1986～1996年，10年来收治盆腹腔结核包块型25例，临床诊断5例，误诊20例，后者均予剖腹探查及病理检查，误诊率高达80％。为此，本文寻找了误诊原因，并对有助于该病诊断的几个主要环节进行了讨论。
The reporl reviews 25 cases with pelvic Peritoneal tuberculosis (mass type )treated in our hospital in the last 10years (from 1986 to 1996 ): 5 cases of them were diagnosed clinically, 20 cases diagnosed wrong1y, and the latter were givenlaparotomy and pathological examination. The missed rate is up to 8O%. For these, the report searches reasons for misdiagnosisas well as discusses several major sectors attributing to diagnosis.
