摘要
目的:探讨IL-2和IL-10变化对Graves病(Graves disease,GD)治疗转归的影响。方法:以2007年1月至2008年12月入我院治疗的GD患者72例,分别于治疗前及治疗后5月检测IL-2和IL-10及甲状腺素水平,评价IL-2和IL-10水平与治疗转归的关系。结果:72例GD患者甲亢未控制者21例,甲亢控制者35例,早发性甲减者16例。IL-2在甲亢未控制者水平最高,甲亢控制者次之,而早发性甲减者最低(P<0.05);IL-10水平则成反变趋势(P<0.05)。治疗后甲亢未控制者治疗后IL-2升高,甲亢控制者IL-2基本不变,而早发性甲减者IL-2下降(P<0.05);IL-10水平也成反变趋势(P<0.05)。IL-2/IL-10水平在甲亢控制者水平最高,甲亢控制者次之,而早发性甲减者最低(P<0.05);而治疗前后IL-2/IL-10水平基本相当(P>0.05)。结论:IL-2/IL-10比值越高甲亢越难控制,比值越低越易产生甲减;IL-2/IL-10是较好的GD治疗效果预测指标。
Objective:To investigate the IL-2 and IL-10 changes impact of treatment outcome in Graves disease(GD).Methods:From January 2007 to December 2008,72 cases of patients with GD in our hospital were detected IL-2 and IL-10 and thyroid hormone levels before and after treatment respectively,the relationship between the IL-2 and IL-10 level with prognosis was evaluated.Results:There are 21 cases of GD in patients with uncontrolled hyperthyroidism,35 cases with hyperthyroidism control,16 cases of early-onset hypothyroidism.The level of IL-2 in uncontrolled hyperthyroidism were the highest,followed by hyperthyroidism control,and in early-onset hypothyroidism were the lowest(P 0.05);IL-10 levels into the trend of anti-change(P0.05).After treatment,IL-2 increased in uncontrolled hyperthyroidism,in hyperthyroidism control,IL-2 was essentially the same,and in early-onset hypothyroidism,IL-2 decreased(P 0.05);IL-10 levels into the anti-change(P 0.05).IL-2/IL-10 was highest level in uncontrolled hyperthyroidism,followed by hyperthyroidism control,and in early-onset hypothyroidism was the lowest(P0.05);and the level of IL-2/IL-10 was the same before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:The higher IL-2/IL-10 ratio shows more difficult for control hyperthyroidism,the lower IL-2/IL-10 ratio shows more easy to produce hypothyroidism;IL-2/IL-10 is a good predictor for GD treatment outcome.
