摘要
目的:评价墨旱莲多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠,分为墨旱莲多糖高、中、低3个剂量组、正常对照组和阳性药香茹多糖组,ig14d后观测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数以及溶血素和溶血空斑的形成情况。结果:与正常组对照组相比,墨旱莲多糖高、中、低3个剂量组均能显著增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,显著增加血清中溶血素含量和溶血空斑的形成,其中以墨旱莲多糖低剂量组作用为强。结论:墨旱莲多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能有良好的增强作用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of the polysaccharide from Eclipta prostrasta L. on the immune function of mice. Method:Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,the low,middle,high doses of the polysaccharide,the positive drug group and normal control group,treated ig for 14 days. All the mice were experimented with peritoneal macrophage,hemolysin and hemolytic antibody plaques formation. Result:Compared with normal,polysaccharide of Eclipta prostrasta L. of three doses significantly increased the peritoneal macrophages phagocytic index and percentage(P 0. 01),significantly promoted the hemolysin and hemolytic plaque formation in normal mice,particularly at the low dosage. Conclusion: The polysaccharide of Eclipta prostrasta L. can significantly increase the immune function in normal mice.
