摘要
民营企业是改革开放以来浙江经济发展过程中最富活力、最引人注目的部分,但受到当前全球金融危机的影响,浙江民营企业遭遇到了30年来最严重的打击。面对危机,很多民营企业以此为挑战和契机,把转型升级作为其摆脱危机、继续成长的必然选择。本文在总结浙江民营企业已出现的多种转型升级路径的基础上,从企业成长理论分析入手,并列举相关成功的企业案例,以期能对民营企业的转型升级路径选择提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Civilian-run enterprises are the most active and compelling part in Zhejiang＇s economic development since reform and opening.However,under current global financial crisis,the civilian-run enterprises in Zhejiang Province suffer the most serious blow in 30 years.Facing the crisis,many civilian-run enterprises use this as a challenge and an opportunity.They take transform and upgrade themselves as an inevitable choice to get rid of crisis and pursue the continuous growth.Based on the summary of varieties transformation and upgrade paths,this paper theoretically analyzes the business growth and cited many successful cases.All these will provide a good reference to the transformation and upgrading of civilian-run enterprises.
