摘要
民办高校学生群体相对而言自信发展水平较低,而校园文化活动作为民办高校学生主动参与的教育载体,在大学生自信心培养与提升方面作用明显、实效突出。本文从校园文化活动与民办高校学生自信心提升的关系入手,并以浙江树人大学为例,着重对校园品牌文化活动、竞赛类活动、社团活动等具体的校园文化活动形式进行调查研究与分析,提出加强与完善校园文化活动以提升民办高校学生自信心的主要途径和方向。
Since the students in non-governmental institutions of higher learning have low self-confidence,campus activities,as an education carrier,play an important role in cultivating and promoting their self-confidence.In this paper,the author starts from the relationship between campus activities and promotion of self-confidence among students in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.The author takes Zhejiang Shuren University as an example,does surveys ranging from academic to recreational activities in campus,such as cultural activities,contests as well as community activities.Finally,the author proposes the way to promote self-confidence among students in non-governmental institutions of higher learning from campus activities.
