摘要
学费标准制定关系到民办高校的进一步发展。本文从年生均成本的角度考察民办高校学费标准,关注民办高校学费标准制定的方法——成本价格法;深入分析民办高校学费标准的内容和构成;并提出民办高校应体现办学的公益性,尽快调整学费标准,吸引更多优秀生源,并应尽快建立和完善大学生奖、资助体系等建议。
The tuition standards are related to the development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.This paper,through the annual cost of each student,introduces the method to make the tuition standards for non-governmental institutions of higher learning—＂price cost method＂.The author analyzes the composition and contents of the tuition standards;and proposes the idea that the non-governmental institutions should reflect the school＇s public welfare;the tuition standards should be adjusted as soon as possible to attract more outstanding new students.Moreover,a complete student awards and funding system should also be established.
