摘要
采用自编的大学生职业生涯规划心理影响因素调查问卷,对重庆某高校320名来自四个年级的学生进行问卷调查,发现:心理因素对男女大学生的职业生涯规划影响不是很大,但男生较女生成熟;心理因素对不同年级学生的影响较大,主要呈现出随年级增高而愈成熟的趋势;兼职经历对大学生的职业生涯规划产生很大的影响;父母对孩子的期望对学生的职业生涯规划影响差异不显著;家庭所在地的不同直接影响到学生的职业生涯规划。
A self-compiled questionnaire is used on 320 students in four different grades of a university in Chongqing to investigate the psychological factors influencing college students＇ career planning.It shows that the influence is scarcely related to gender but to age.The greater influence is found among the higher-grade students.Other factors of big influence are part-time working experience and homeplace.
