摘要
目的评价关节镜下Inside-out缝合法修复半月板横行损伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析关节镜下Inside-out缝合法修复半月板横行损伤36例(37膝),其中男26例(27膝),女10例,年龄14-55(29.5±11.1)岁;外侧23例(24膝),内侧13例;合并ACL损伤12例。术前及术后采用Lysholm评分系统评定膝关节功能。结果术后随访时间2-52(21.1±17.1)个月,无血管、神经损伤及感染等并发症发生。Lysholm评分:术前(31.1±6.3)分,术后(85.2±6.9)分(P<0.001),优良率91.9%。结论Inside-out缝合法对修复横行半月板损伤是一种操作简便、安全有效的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of arthroscopic inside-out suture on meniscal transverse injury.Methods Arthroscopic inside-out suture of meniscal transverse injury in 36 patients（37 knees）,including 26 males（27 knees）and 10 females at the age of 14-55 years（mean 29.5±11.1 years）,was retros pectively analyzed.Of the 36 patients,23 and 13 had lateral and medial meniscal injury,respectively.Twelve patients were complicated by ACL injury.The function of knee joints was scored with the Lysholm score system before and after operation.Results The patients were followed up for 2-52 months（mean 21.1±17.1 months）.No complication of blood vessel and nerve injury or infection occurred.The Lysholm score of knee joints was 31.1±6.3 before operation and 85.2±6.9 after operation（P0.001）.The excellent and good efficiency was 91.9%.Conclusion Arthroscopic inside-out suture is a simple and safe procedure for the repair of meniscal transverse injury.
