摘要
目的了解黄浦区医疗机构消毒与卫生质量,以便加强医院感染管理。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,黄浦区20所医疗机构消毒质量进行了评价。结果不同类别医疗机构检测不合格率有统计学差异(P<0.05),三级医疗机构的合格率总体高于一级或二级医疗机构。医疗机构不同采样地点消毒效果有所不同,合格率最低为注射室(84.91%),其次为病房、检验科等科室,这些就诊场所合格率均在90%以下,最高为肠道/肝炎门诊(98.04);医疗机构不同环节消毒状况有所不同,室内空气质量合格率最低(60.11%),其次为使用中消毒液、医务人员手等。致病菌共检出3件,分别为厕所门把手上和医务人员手部检测得到。结果通过加强医疗机构消毒效果监测,以便更好地指导其今后的消毒工作,提高消毒效果和消毒质量,更为卫生行政部门的执法人员在监督执法中提供更有利法律依据,从而提高卫生监督部门执法能力。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Huangpu District in order to strengthen nosocomial infection control. Methods Field sampling survey was carried out to evaluate 20 local medical institutions in Huangpu District. Results Statistical differences existed in eligible rates of different types of medical institutions （P0.05）. The total eligible rate of third-class hospitals was higher than that of second-class hospitals and first-class hospitals. The disinfection effects in medical institutions differed in different sampling sites. The lowest eligible rate of total bacterial count was detected in the injection rooms （84.91%）. The eligible rates of medical wards,clinical laboratories were lower than 90% and the highest eligible rate was obtained from enteric disease/hepatitis clinic（98.04%）. The disinfection effect in medical institutions also differed in different links. The lowest eligible rate of total bacterial count was detected in the air（60.11%）. As the rate descending,eligible rate of thimerosals in use and surfaces of hands of medical staffs followed. Three pathogenic bacteria were detected on doorknob of water closet and hands of the medical staff. Conclusion By strengthening the monitoring of the effect of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions,we can get a better guide on future works of disinfection and sterilization ,improve the disinfection effect,provide legal basis for supervisor and law enforcement,and consequently improve the law enforcement capabilities of Health Monitoring Bureau.
