紫外分光光度法对消毒剂中对氯间二甲苯酚含量的测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察紫外分光光度法测定对氯间二甲苯酚含量的准确性和实用性。方法采用UV-754型紫外分光光度计方法,对消毒剂中对氯间二甲苯酚含量进行测定,同时与标准品进行比较。结果选择测定波长为280nm,可测对氯间二甲苯酚浓度范围在10μg/ml~40μg/ml,浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。测定加标回收率为92%~95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<1%。对2个含对氯间二甲苯酚的产品含量测定结果符合其标示含量。结论用紫外分光光度法可准确测定消毒产品中对氯间二甲苯酚含量。 Objective To observe the accuracy and practicability of ultraviolet spectrophotometry which was used to measure the p-chloro-m-xylenol in disinfection solution. Methods UV-754 ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to assay the p-chloro-m-xylenol in the disinfection solution. Results When the wavelength was 280nm,the tested p-chloro-m-xylenol concentration ranged from 10 μg/ml to 40 μg/ml. The concentration and absorbency had good linear relationship(r=0.9999). The recovery rates were 92%-95% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was1%. The determination results of the two products containing p-chloro-m-xylenol were in accordance with their labelled concentration. Conclusion Ultraviolet spectrophotometry can accurately measure the p-chloro-m-xylenol content in the disinfection solution.
