摘要
钻孔灌注桩施工中具有低噪音、小震动、无挤土,对周围环境及邻近建筑物影响小,能穿越各种复杂地层和形成较大的单桩承载力,适应各种地质条件和不同规模建筑物等优点,在工程建设中广泛应用。文中依据工程实际,在阐述钻孔灌注桩优点的基础上,结合笔者多年工作经验对钻孔灌注桩施工过程中诸如孔壁坍塌、桩身缩颈、夹泥和断桩等质量问题进行了研究,同时对相应的质量问题提出了具体的处理,以期本文对同行在实际工作中有所裨益。
Bored cast-in-place pile has many advantages,such as low noise,small vibration,no soil compaction,implact less on the surrounding environment,be able to pass through a variety of complex formation and format high pile capacity,adapt to a variety of geological conditions and structures of different sizes.So it is wildly used in construction.Elaborating on the basis of the advantages of bored piles and combining many years of work experience,the paper studies the quality issues such as hole wall collapsed pile necking,clip off piles of mud and so on.And meanwhile, the measures for quality issues are propoesed.
