钢渣矿渣水泥孔结构对水泥强度影响的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 主要研究了矿渣、钢渣单掺以及复掺对配制的复合水泥的孔结构以及强度性能的影响,试验研究结果表明:钢渣主要增加了水泥中大于50nm孔隙含量,对于小于50nm的孔隙含量影响不大。矿渣能够大大降低钢渣矿渣水泥中大于50nm孔隙含量,对于小于50 nm的孔隙含量影响较小。钢渣掺量10%,矿渣掺量30%的复合水泥试样的强度和孔结构都优于单掺钢渣或者不掺的水泥,原因是填充效应和互补效应。 This study is aimed to invest the effect of slag and steel slag which were comparatively added in the cement on the pore structure and mechanic properties of the composite cement.The results indicated that in the cement just mixed with steel slag,the content of more than 50 nm pores increased and the content of less than 50 nm pores kept stable with the steel slag growing.For the cement mixed with slag and steel slag to-gether,the content of the more than 50 nm pores decreased sharply and the content of the less than 50 nm pores was hardly effected while the con-tent of the slag went up.Because of the filling effect and complement effect,the pore structure and mechanic properties of the cement added 10% steel slag and 30% slag were better than that of Portland cement and other cements which were just added steel slag.
