摘要
主要阐述了新型乡村经济建筑材料认证体系(国家"十一五"计划重大科技支撑项目,编号2006BAJ05B07—04)的产品评价体系构建方法。该评价体系是从节能、健康、环保、生态、舒适和经济的角度对建材产品进行评价。建立建材产品评价体系的目的,一是促进节能环保型建材在乡村的推广应用;二是通过对乡村建材的评价达到对乡村经济建材市场规范化管理的目的。评价体系采用灰色聚类理论模型作为评价方法,由专家打分法确定评价指标权数,分析法构建指标评价体系。内容主要包括:产品评价体系结构的构建过程、产品评价体系指标构建方法、产品评价方法及评价标准。
The conformation method of production evaluation system of new style village economic building materials certification is intro-duced in this paper.This evaluation system evaluates the building materials from energy-saving,exuberance,easement,ecotype,environmental protection and economy.The aims of the evaluation system are as following：firstly,this evaluation of new style village economic building materi-als certification could promote the application of the energy-saving and environmental building materials.Secondly,the markets of village building materials will be managed according to this evaluation system.The evaluation system takes the grey decision making as the evaluation method. What＇s more,the method of experts＇ mark ascertains weight numbers of the 6E indicators.The conformation of 6E indicators system is based on analytical method.This paper including：the conformation process and method of building materials evaluation system structure,the evaluation method and the evaluation standard.
