摘要
目的了解临床医护人员手卫生执行率状况,探讨提高医护人员手卫生执行率的有效方法。方法由接受过专门培训的人员在医护人员不知情的情况下观察手卫生执行现状,经过综合干预后1年再次评价手卫生执行率。结果干预前与干预后医护人员手卫生执行率分别为22.3%和47.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=55.29,P<0.01)。结论形式多样、反复强化的培训、洗手设施及手卫生用品的改善、奖惩结合的管理是提高医护人员手卫生执行率的有效方法 。
OBJECTIVE To understand hand hygiene rates among medical personnel,and find out effective methods to increase their hand hygiene rates.METHODS Hand hygiene situation was observed unwittingly by specially trained staff.Based on that,the comprehensive intervention carryied out for one year.Hand hygiene rates were re-evaluated.RESULTS Hand hygiene rates were respectively 22.3%and 47.5% before and after the intervention.There was statistically significant difference between them（χ^2=55.29,P〈0.001）.CONCLUSIONS Effective ways of increasing hand hygiene rates include repeatedly training,improvement of hand-washing facilities,the hand hygiene products and system of rewards and penalties.
