摘要
目的:观察γ-干扰素联合乙肝3号浸膏颗粒剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法:用α干扰素联合乙肝3号浸膏颗粒剂治疗60例慢性乙型肝炎患者并与单用干扰素者对照。结果:加中药能明显改善临床症状,减轻干扰素不良反应,降低ALT、AST、γ-G、HA、LN、Ⅳ-C,升高Alb,且能根据需要调整ALT/AST,以适应于干扰素治疗的需要,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性,P值小于0.05或0.01,与干扰素比较,差异亦有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转率分别为60%、63.3％,与干扰素组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合中药治疗,能改善慢性乙肝临床症状、减轻用药反应、改善肝功能、改善肝脏蛋白质及胶原代谢功能,抑制病毒复制,提高整体治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。
Aim:To observe the therapeutic effect of IFN-a combination with Hepatitis B Granule No. 3 on Chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 97 patients were divided into two groups,one group was treated hy IFN-αand the other by combination IFN-α with Hepatitis B Granule No. 3. Results:The granule No. 3 can improve the clinical syndromes of patients, decrease significantly serum ALT.AST.γ-G,HA.LN and increase serum Alb. Compareing to IFN aaaaaa group and pre-treatment the differentiation had obviously significance (P<0. 05 or 0. 01),the negative rate of HBV DNA was 63. 3% and HBeAg seroconversion rate was 60. 0%. Conclusion:The results indicate that therapeutic method of combination may improve the clinical syndromes regulate liver of functions. inhibit viral DNA.and improve the therapeutic effect.
