Linear Modeling and Control of Dimensional Variation in Multi-Station Manufacturing System

摘要 为解决传统状态空间模型的系统矩阵存在非线性因子的问题,在定义了零件模型与零件偏差以及零件、夹具、机床3个坐标系的基础上,运用齐次变换方法进行了零件坐标系到机床坐标系的转换,实现了对传统状态空间模型的系统矩阵的线性化,给出了描述多工位制造系统中产品尺寸偏差传递的线性状态空间模型,增强了传统状态空间模型的可用性.实例验证了线性状态空间模型的有效性和实用性. In order to solve the existence of nonlinear factors in the system matrices of the existed state space model,a linear state space model which depicts the propagation of products' dimensional variation in multi-station manufacturing systems was given through homogeneous transform method used for coordinate transform from part coordinate to machine coordinate and linearization of the system matrices based on the definitions of part model,part variation and coordinate systems of part,fixture and machine.The linear input-output form of the derived model enhances the existed model's usability and effectiveness,practicality of the derived model is also verified by a case study.
