无性系PR107的产胶潜力及其生理特性 被引量:20

摘要 PR107在我国具有较强的抗逆性和适应性,群体总光合生产量较高,因而产胶潜力亦比其它无性系大。在综合丰产措施条件下,每公顷干胶产量可达3000公斤以上。PR107一年中的产胶潜力和各种生理参数,都会随着气候和物候的季节变化而变化。要使刺激割胶的 PR107胶树的产胶与排胶保持季节性的动态平衡,必须随时进行多因子定量调控,即(1)增产幅度控制在15—25%之间;(2)干胶含量控制在27%以上;(3)割胶深度控制在离木质部0.18—0.20厘米之间。只有这样,才能减轻创伤强度,保持高产稳产。PR107耐刺激割胶的生理原因主要是有较强的耐胶乳稀释能力(干胶含量高)、养分储备能力(蔗糖和蛋白质含量高)和质膜保护能力(硫醇含量高)。 Clone PR107 showed better stress resistance and adaptability and higher gross population photosynthetic production in China.It therefore possessed higher yield potential than other clones.Under package measures for higher output,the dry rubber yield can be as high as 3000 kg/ha/year. The yield potential and physiological parameters of clone PR107 varied with climate and phenophases within a year.To keep a dynamic balance between latex regeneration and latex extraction for clone PR107 under stimulated tapping,timely quantitative adjustments should be made.These include:yield increase range to be limited to 15—25%;d.r.c.to be controlled between 27—33% and tapping depth to be confined to 0.18—0.20 cm from the xylem.This will result in a lesser wound response to give sustained higher yield. The physiological basis of good tolerance to stimulated tapping of clone PR107 lies in the fact that it has better resistance to dilution reaction indicative of higher d. r.c.,higher nutrient reserving capacity Characterized by higher sucrose and protein levels,and stronger plasmolemma safeguarding ability typical of higher thiol content.
