摘要
通常，锅炉锅筒的疲劳寿命估算是基于简化边界条件和初始条件的．文中针对某电站的实际运行参数对其３００ＭＷ机组锅炉锅筒的应力场进行了三维有限元分析及疲劳寿命估算．对传统的疲劳寿命计算方法提出了改进建议．
Actual boundary condition stress solution is used to estimate the fatigue life of a 300 MW unit drum for a power plant. A 3D finite element analysis is performed to obtain the stress solution. Based on the numeral results, a proposal is suggested to improve the calculation method for predicting fatigue life.
