摘要
用一维定常流动模型研究了陶瓷过滤器元件内的流动与压降规律.在此基础上,得到了陶瓷过滤器元件的内径(宽度)与长度之比D/H应该遵守的两个准则.然后,用PHOENICS通用软件计算了陶瓷过滤器元件内的三维定常流动.三维数值计算结果与一维定常流动模型的计算结果吻合,证明作者推导的两个准则对于陶瓷过滤器的结构设计具有指导意义.
An one dimensional model is used to analyze the flow and pressure drop in a ceramic filter.The result is in agreement with the three dimensional numerical solution. Two design criteria are proposed for determining the ratio of the filter internal diameter (or width )to the length from considerations of Darcy pressure drop, friction pressure drop, and the dynamic head, and they are shown to be useful in designing filters sizes.
