摘要
以青天葵球茎为外植体,在附加 BA 1—2毫克/升,NAA0.2毫克/升的 BM 培养基上进行培养,就能诱导出芽和根茎。根茎埋在砂土中,3个月左右就能形成大小不等的子球茎,4个月后出球率为40%。这些子球茎植后,能长成完整的青天葵植株。
Corms from Nervilia fordii(Hanee)Schltr.were used as explants,which were
cultured on BM medium with the supplement of BA1—2mg/1,and NAA 0.2mg/1.
Shoots and rhizomes were successfully induced in this way.The formed rhizomes,
when buried in sandy soil,were found to yield some daughter corms of various
sizes within about three months and give a corm-formation rate of 40% another month
later.The daughter corms were able to grow into complete plants after planting.
