双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌在临床治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎中的疗效。方法将慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者70例随机分成2组。治疗组:口服柳氮磺胺吡啶及双歧杆菌四联活菌片(商品名:思连康,杭州龙达新科生物制药有限公司生产);对照组:口服柳氮磺胺吡啶及诺氟沙星胶囊。疗程1个月。结果治疗组总有效率91.4%,明显高于对照组的68.6%(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌在柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎中有明显增效作用,值得临床推广使用。
