摘要
研究了废植物炭制活性炭的可行性及效果,探讨了以水蒸汽为活化介质时活化工艺条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响,确定了最佳活化工艺条件,并对活性炭的孔结构进行了分析探讨.结果表明,利用废植物炭制活性炭是可行的,得到的活性炭具有较高的吸附性能和丰富的孔隙结构.废植物炭的种类和灰分含量决定其活性炭的吸附性能.活化后活性炭表面积的增加主要源于其微孔表面积的增加.
? The feasibility of preparing activated carbon from waste plant charcoals was studied. The effects of activation condition in steam on adsorption capacity of activated carbons were investigated, and the pore structure of activated carbon was also discussed. The results show that the preparation of activated carbon from waste plant charcoals is feasible. The activated carbon obtained has a high adsorptive capacity and plentiful pore structure, and the adsorptive capacties of activated carbon from different waste plant charcoals depend on raw materials used and ash content in them. It is also found that the increase of adsorptive surface area of activated carbon results in the obvious increase of micropore surface area of activated carbon after activation in steam.
