摘要
用两步炭化法由杏核壳制备变压吸附空分制氮用炭分子筛.考察了一次炭化温度和二次炭化温度对产品空分性能的影响,并利用吸附分子探针法对产品微孔结构进行了表征.结果表明,作为粘结剂的煤焦油在二次炭化过程中裂解积炭,改善了二次炭化产品的微孔结构和空分性能.
? Carbon molecular sieves (CMS) for air separation are prepared from almond shells by two step carbonization method. The effects of carbonization temperature on the air separation ability of the chars and of the CMS are investigated. Molecular probe adsorption is used to characterize the micropore structure of the products. The results show that the coal tar used as binder pyrolyzes to deposite carbon on the micropore mouth of the char during the 2nd carbonization step and results in a CMS with narrower micropore size distribution and better air separation ability.
