摘要
根据CCA颗粒内部组织的结构特点,并考虑颗粒内磷酸盐的浓度对CCA细胞生长与产物合成的调控作用,建立起CCA悬浮培养的结构化动力学模型.模型是由颗粒结构组织、颗粒内游离磷酸盐、积累的淀粉、分生点及红景天甙等部分组成.实验证明,本模型计算结果与实验值吻合较好.

According to the structure of CCA and considering the effect of intracellular phosphate on CCA cell growth and salidroside production, a structured mathematical model was developed to describe the compact callus aggregate (CCA) suspension culture of Rhodiola sachalinensis. Five pools of compounds (intracellular phosphate, structural biomass, starch, meristic dots and salidroside) were included in this model. The results show that this model provides a good description of the CCA suspension culture system.
