摘要
蒙古口蘑(TricholomamongolicumImai.)菌丝生长对草原土壤的生物化学活性有不同程度的影响,蘑菇圈枯草环和绿草环中的土壤转化酶、磷酸酶和脲酶活性有明显下降.土壤呼吸作用强度在有菌丝生长的枯草环中较高.不同环带中的土壤生物化学活性差异显著.从垂直分布上看,表层土壤的生物化学活性高于下层土壤.
In the fairy rings of Tricholoma monglicum Imai. of NeiMongol grassland, growth of the fungus's mycelium had relative impacts on biochemical activities in grassland soil, enzymic activities (such as invertase, phosphatase, urease) were lower in zones of lush and scorched plants, but respiratory intensity was high in scorched that the mycelium growth in soil, and LSD multiple contrast shows they had a significant difference in different zones of fairy ring and outside of the ring. The vertical distribute shows that the enzyme activities surface soil is higher than that of substratum. There are significant difference in soil nutrient and plants biomass in different zones of the fairy rings.
