摘要
研究了9-(3,5-二溴)水杨基荧光酮-铝-表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)的显色反应条件和光度性质,在pH5.10的六次甲基四胺HCl缓冲介质中,当加入CTMAB后,Al与试剂形成灵敏度较高的三元胶束配合物,最大吸收峰位于560nm处,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.94×10^(5)L.mol^(-1),cm^(-1),铝(Ⅱ)含量在0-6μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。拟定方法在掩蔽剂存在下,测定了铁黄铜,铸造铜等样品中铝的含量,结果与标准值相符。
The conditions of colour reaction of aluminium with DBSAF in the presence of CTMAB were studied.In the pH=5.10 buffer solution of hexamethylene-tetramine-hydrochloric acid,alumintum reacts with DBSAF and CTMAB to form a 1:2 complex with maximum absorption at 560 nm,the molar absorptivity is 1.94×10^(5)L.mol^(-1),cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-6μg/25ml for Al(Ⅱ).The method has good selectivity and has been applied to determination of Al in copper alloy samples with satisfactory results.
