摘要
利用保角变换技术对两种椭圆柱共面波导的传输特性作了准静态分析,导出了两种结构的有效介电常数和特性阻抗的封闭表达式,并提供了计算曲线.结果表明。
The plane coplanar waveguide and its various modified structures are becoming popular in the designs of hybrid and monolithic microwave integrated circuits. With further development of microwave and millimeter wave techniques, elliptical cylindrical or cylindrical coplanar waveguide must also be used in the future. The quasistatic properties of two elliptical cylindrical coplanar waveguides were analysed by using exact and approximate conformal mapping techniques. The concise expressions of effective dielectric constants and characteristic impedances for those two structures were derived, and computation curves were presented. The numerical results show the effectiveness of the analysis method.
